Woodstock Consignment: Your Experience Enhanced with ConsignCloud

We're thrilled to announce our partnership with ConsignCloud to offer a smoother, more transparent consignment experience. Here’s what this means for you:

  • Real-Time Sales Updates: With ConsignCloud, you’ll receive balance updates whenever an item sells. Stay informed on your earnings without the wait!

  • Expiration Reminders: Keep track of your consigned items effortlessly! ConsignCloud will notify you when an individual item expires, so you always know the status of each item.

What and What Not to Consign

  • Accepted Items: We accept high-quality household furniture and accessories. Consignments should be in good repair, clean, and ready for use. Seasonal items are welcome at the appropriate time of year.

  • Items We Cannot Accept:

    • Moldy, torn, chipped, or broken items.

    • Items valued under $10.

    • Clothing, mattresses, bedding, sporting equipment, electronics, and incomplete sets of kitchen or dining items.

    • Appliances, toys and children’s accessories, window treatments, books, baskets, and similar items better suited for a yard sale.

  • Oversized Items: Please take a photo of any oversized item rather than bringing it in. Drop off the photo at our shop or email it to us at woodstockconsignmentllc@gmail.com so we can discuss an approximate selling price.

  • Pickup: Please note that we are not organized to pick up items.

Consignment Details

  • Commission: The commission rate is 50% of the sale price. Checks for sold items are generated once a month, and we ask that you come in to pick up your check—it's a great excuse to shop too!

  • Pricing: Items are priced after you sign the consignment agreement. While we may not price items at drop-off, we welcome your suggested sale price. The established price will not change for the first 30 days. On day 31, Woodstock Consignment reserves the right to reduce the price by a minimum of 10%. If you prefer to avoid price reductions, it’s your responsibility to pick up the item after 30 days.

Consignment Term and Item Pickup

  • Display Period: Your items will be displayed in the shop for a total of three months. You must pick up any unsold items at the end of this period. Unfortunately, we can only hold items for one week after the consignment period expires. Please mark your calendars, we will not call you. 

Items Left After the Consignment Period: Any items left at the shop beyond the three-month consignment period (plus one week) become the property of Woodstock Consignment. You will not receive proceeds from these items. They may be reduced to a lower price, donated, or disposed of at our discretion.
